Avenue Monseigneur Guilloux and Avenue Champ de Mars are in the metropolitan region of Port-au-Prince (Haiti), in the administrative capital containing many of the city’s public buildings (including the National Palace) which were destroyed in the earthquake of 12 January 2010. The project consists of design and definition of the work for reconstruction of these two roadways, with sections appropriate to large urban avenues, and providing them with full drainage, sewerage, drinking water, electricity and communications services together with other urban amenities.
